The Style Fashion Week Charity Water: F/W 2015 was held on Thursday February 12th 2015 and the show did not disappoint. The fashion show was on full display of different styles, visions, and themes from the featured designers. Each year, Style Fashion Week @stylefwla features unforgettable performances, diverse cultures of the world, and brings in international commerce season after season. We are excited to announce our partnership with Nicolas G Perez with New York Life, a company that has been a fixture and dominant force in finance since 1845 and Charity: Water, a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. Together we will bring a superior level of class, entertainment and community impact unrivaled by any other. The series of Style shows continues to be the highlight of Fashion Week with their international designers and celebrity attendance and garners millions impressions from local, national and international media. Since 2009 Style Fashion Week has been premiering world-renowned collections during New York, LA and Dubai Fashion Week.
This season, show presents a world class of unique collections including this season’s designers:
Metal Noir, Quynh Paris, JGERARD, Antti Asplund
- The highlight of the show was the collection by the designer, Ophelia Song, who brought elegance in her white flowing silks, vibrant prints and her exquisite silhouettes. Her collection was influenced by the elements of water from the blue watercolor accents.
- Daiki Shimizu showcased a collection of monochromatic grays, and intricate textures of fringe and geometric ruffles.
- First their time at NYFW, Heterophobia was one of the more memorable collections that was showcased. Designer Antti Asplund’s monochromatic pieces were precisely paired with checkered facial coverings and a full checkered attire. He said “The collection speaks out for the equality of people regardless of attributes, appearances or opinions and takes a stance on supporting equal marriage everywhere”
