Australia is known for setting Swim and Resort trends, and this was clear when four of Australia’s élite brands Allerton, Gypsea, Kanaloaand Muchacho dominated the Hammock Show Runway at the W Hotel South Beach as part of this year’s Miami Swim Week.
The Australian brands presented their new Resort and Summer 17 collections on the Hammock Runway, which included an exclusive Northern Hemisphere edit of styles which will only be available to buyers this side of the continent.
Hammock showcased all of the Amee Boers Fashion Agency (ABFA Showroom) Australian brands, as part of their opening night show. ABFA Showroom presents Australia’s élite Swim and Resort designer labels, who are innovative, pushing boundaries and setting new Swim trends.
ABFA Showroom continued to show the Resort & Summer collection in its all Australian showroom booth, as part of the Hammock Trade show which concluded yesterday Monday 18 July. ABFA Showroom gave buyers and media an opportunity to view key Australian trends, along with giving Retailers an opportunity to be the first to stock the brands in the USA.
When we asked Amy Boers (Director for ABFA Showroom) what some of the feedback has been from buyers this year she replied “Buyers have been really excited seeing our brands, believing the brands have brought a fresh approach to Swim, along with hitting on all the upcoming trends here in the USA. They loved the products and our diverse brand mix, along with great quality and competitive prices. We have written some great orders and we look forward to having our brands available here in the US for next Summer.”
