With just two months before doors open to its inaugural event, FORM MIAMI announced today that tickets are now on sale for its December debut. As Miami Art Week’s sole show dedicated to the applied arts and sculptural objects, FORM MIAMI is a must-see for
attending art connoisseurs and collectors alike. The Show has also established itself as a premiere destination for galleries to exhibit with its prominent venue location at 17th Street and Washington Avenue, directly across from Art Basel Miami Beach. FORM MIAMI will open on Thursday, December 7th , with a VIP Opening Night Preview on Wednesday, December 6th.
Galleries recently confirmed to exhibit at FORM MIAMI include alamak! Project, Charon Kransen Arts, Habatat Galleries, Hawk Galleries, JewelersWerk Galerie, Schantz Galleries, Walter Wickiser Gallery, and Collection Ateliers d’Art, in addition to other prominent galleries from around the globe.
Citing FORM MIAMI’s ownership group, Urban Expositions’ mastery of producing art shows within their portfolio, as well as the key location in Miami Beach, many exhibiting galleries felt participating in the Show was an easy decision. “This Show group is the best in the business and an honor to work with,” shared Aaron Schey, Partner and Owner, of Habatat. “The location for FORM MIAMI will offer an exciting opportunity to see our clients and meet many more. It is not to be missed.”
On a similar note, Jim Schantz, Owner and Director of Schantz Galleries, commented, “We have exhibited at SOFA CHICAGO for many years, in addition to Art Miami. This new show seems like it will be the perfect venue for our gallery to present our featured glass artist, Bertil Vallien.” He continued, “We love the opportunity to exhibit on South Beach, so close to the center of Art Week’s action.”
“Attending the first edition of FORM MIAMI was obvious for the Galerie Collection, based on Miami’s strategic position in the international art fairs overview and the professionalism of the organizing team,” said Anne-Laure, of Roussille, Galerie Collection in Paris.
