Tara Jane is set to make her first international debut on the Miami Swim catwalk in July.  Australian swimwear label TJ Swim, owned by Sydney university student Tara Jane, is set to make it’s Miami Swim Week debut this July. The bikini label will be launching it’s Spring/Summer 19 collection on the runway at the internationally renowned swimwear fashion week at South Beach, Miami.

TJ Swim has become an international phenomenon after huge success on social media thanks to celebrities and Instagram influencers such as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Chrissy Teigen and Tammy Hembrow who wear and support the local brand.

After being invited to the prestigious event by Australian fashion agency Fashion Palette, 23-year old designer and full-time student Tara Jane couldn’t be more thrilled:

“Participating in Miami Swim Week has always been a goal of mine so I’m very proud and excited to be given the opportunity to represent Australia and be a part of the internationally recognised event,” she said.

TJ Swim will be sharing the runway with other Aussie swimwear brands in the Australian Swim Collection Show, and Tara Jane is honoured to be included: “There are so many amazing Australian swimwear designers and it’s exciting to be able to get that message out on an international level.”

Designed for the strong, forward-thinking, modern woman, TJ Swim’s designs are bold yet timeless. Expect to see high-cut legs, stunning fabrics and cheeky Brazilian coverage which have been running trends across past TJ Swim collections. There is no doubt that the new SS19 collection will go viral on a global scale just like the last.

Tara and her fellow Aussie designers will showcase their Spring/Summer 19 collections on the runway this July. The new TJ Swim styles will be available for purchase in September 2018, just in time for the Southern Hemisphere summer.
